Summary
Topical irradiation of the cardiac region using a decimetric wave field is followed by significantly enhanced cellular activity (increased numbers of free ribosomes and polyribosomes, of mitochondria per unit of cellular area; populations of young types of mitochondria as well as increased areas of T-system ducts developing). This can be demonstrated by ultrastructural analysis of cardiomyositis based on automated morphometry of quantitative parameters of mitochondria and T-system ducts.
Using factor analysis, a mathematical model of the process (regression equation) was elaborated reflecting the quantitative dependences of the parameters studied on the intensity of decimetric wave irradiation as well as on the number of applications.
