Neues Lumbotom für die perkutane Nephrolithotripsie

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein neuartiges Lumbotom für die perkutane Nephrolithotripsie vorgestellt, welches die Etablierung eines Gewebekanals bis in das Nierenhohlsystem wesentlich erleichtert. Vorteile des Systems sind einerseits die auswechselbaren, doppelschneidigen Einmalklingen, andererseits die Führung über einen bereits bei der initialen Punktion eingelegten Lunderquist-Draht. Die Erprobung in der Praxis bei bisher 41 Patienten zeigte die einfache Handhabung des Gerätes, größere Komplikationen traten nicht auf.

Abstract

A new “Lumbotom” for percutaneous nephrolithotripsy (PNL) is presented, which facilitates the percutaneous channel procedure to a great extent. The advantages of this system are the double-edged, exchangeable blade and, on the other hand, guidance by the initially inserted Lunderquist wire. The results gained in practice with 41 patients demonstrated the simple handling of the equipment, no major complications were evident.
