Zusammenfassung

Keines des verschiedensten Behandlungsschemata beim Priapismus-Patienten konnte die Potentia coeundi in überzeugender Weise erhalten. Gestützt auf neue pathophysiologische Erkenntnisse wird ein therapeutisches Konzept erstellt in der Hoffnung, künftig bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

Abstract

There are many treatments for priapism but none could yield convincing results in preserving potency. Based on new pathophysiologic findings, a therapeutic concept is offered which should give better results.
