Koagulations-Probeexzisionszange zur vereinfachten Harnblasenbiopsie

Zusammenfassung

Mit der herkömmlichen Probeexzisionszange muß nach Gewebsentnahme aus der Harnblasenwand in einem zweiten Arbeitsgang die Blutstillung durchgeführt werden. Es wird eine Probeexzisionszange vorgestellt, die es ermöglicht, unmittelbar nach der Gewebsentnahme im gleichen Arbeitsgang die Blutstillung vorzunehmen, so daß der lästige Instrumentenwechsel entfällt. Durch völlige Isolierung des den Hochfrequenzstrom führenden Zangenschaftes tritt der Strom allein aus dem Zangenmaul aus. Das darin befindliche Bioptat wird dabei thermisch nicht geschädigt.

Abstract

With the usual biopsy-forceps the coagulation must be practised in a second phase after removing a tissue specimen out of the urinary bladder.

The following article is going to describe a biopsy-forceps which makes it possible to coagulate as well as to remove tissue in the same process, so that it is no longer necessary to change the instruments, which is rather inconvenient. By the complete isolation of the forceps-shank through which the high frequency current is led, the current leaves only by the top of the tongues. Therefore the specimen in it is not thermically damaged.
