Zusammenfassung
Von Januar 1974 bis November 1982 wurden an unserer Abteilung insgesamt 115 Patienten mit Tumoren des Hodens, Nebenhodens und Samenstranges behandelt. In den meisten Fällen lagen klassische Tumoren des germinativen Hodengewebes vor (N = 100). Bei 15 Patienten beobachteten wir 17 Tumoren oder tumorähnliche Läsionen (WHO) des nicht-germinativen Hodengewebes, des Nebenhodens oder des Samenstranges. Die verschiedenen Tumoren, Therapie und Verläufe werden gesondert besprochen.
Abstract
From January 1974 to November 1982 we treated 115 patients with testicular tumours, tumours of epididymis and spermatic cord. In the most cases we found malignant tumours of the testicular germinal tissue (N = 100). 15 patients suffered of 17 tumours or tumour-like lesions (WHO) of the nongerminal testicular tissue or mesenchymal tumours of the testicular adnexal tissue. The different tumours, therapy and prognosis are discussed.
