Zusammenfassung

Es wird über den seltenen Fall eines soliden, adenomartigen Tumors der paraurethralen Drüsen mit Lokalisation auf der Glans penis berichtet. Der Tumor entwickelt sich aus ektopen, embryonalen Resten des Urethralgewebes. Die Therapie besteht in der totalen Exstirpation des Tumors. Die unvollständige Resektion führt zum Rezidiv. Eine maligne Entartung des ektopen Urethragewebes ist möglich.

Abstract

Parameatal cysts are lesions rarely reported in literature. An adenomatous solide tumor of the paraurethral glands located on the glans penis was up to now never published. Because of the paucity of knowledge this study was undertaken to furnish more clinico-pathological information. The tumour is a result of ectopic urethral mucosa during embryological development. The treatment of choice is the total excision. Simple decapping results in recurrence. Moreover the origin of carcinoma in this ectopic urethral tissue in possible.
