Abstract
Urinary continence, menuria (cyclic hematuria), secondary vaginal amenorrhoa are the typical symptoms of vesicouterine fistulas. Insufficiency of uterine cervic following e.g. multiple child birth or hysterotomia vaginalis anterior prevents a raise of pressure inside the uterine corpus. Therefore urinary continence and menuria were not observed. A case report is given and the pertinent features discussed in detail.
