Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Ergebnisse von neun Implantationen einer Rosen-Inkontinenzprothese berichtet. In sechs Fällen mußte diese innerhalb der ersten zwei Jahren entfernt werden. Nur drei Patienten haben eine eindeutige Besserung zu verzeichnen. Die Komplikationen und ihre Ursachen werden analysiert.

Abstract

Report on the results of nine Rosen-device incontinence operations. In 6 patients the prothesis had to be removed due to infection or technical failure. The authors try to analyse the complications and their causes. in only 3 patients the condition was essentially improved.
