Zusammenfassung
Es wird erstmals über die Ausbildung einer Hydrozele bei 3 Patienten allein nach Lymphadenektomie
wegen eines nicht seminomatösen Hodentumors berichtet. Der Lymphabfluß aus dem processus
vaginalis, Theorien zur Entstehung der Hydrozele und die therapeutischen Konsequenzen
bei Auftreten einer Hydrozele nach Lymphadenektomie werden diskutiert.
Abstract
This is the first report on the formation of a hydrocele after lymphadenectomy for
nonseminomatous tumours of the testis in three patients. The lymphdrainage of the
processus vaginalis, the etiology of hydrocele formation and the management of hydrocele
formation after lymphadenectomy for testicular tumours are outlined.
