Prostatakarzinom: Stellenwert des DNCB-Testes und der Bestimmung der Serumproteine und Immunglobuline in der Routinediagnostik

Zusammenfassung

Bei 44 Patienten mit einem unbehandelten Prostatakarzinom wurde ein DNCB-Test durchgeführt und die Konzentration der Serumproteine und der Immunglobuline bestimmt.

Sowohl in Abhängigkeit vom Tumorstadium (M₀: 79% positiv, M₁: 18% positiv) als auch vom Malignitätsgrad (G I+II: 95% positiv, G III+IV: 40% positiv) zeigte der DNCB-Test signifikante Unterschiede auf. Demgegenüber konnte weder die Bestimmung der Serumproteine noch die der Immunglobuline zusätzliche Hinweise auf das Stadium geben.

Abstract

We performed DNCB-tests, serumprotein and immunglobulin determinations in 44 patients with untreated prostatic cancer. Although the DNCB-test showed a significant dependence on tumor stage (M₀: 79% positive, M₁: 18% positive) and histologic grade (G I+II: 95% positive, G III+IV: 40% positive) the serum protein and immunoglobulin determination gave no additional staging or grading information.
