Modelluntersuchung zur Applikationszeit einer statischen Ultraschallapplikation

Zusammenfassung

An einem Untersuchungsmodell wird dargestellt, dass die Applikationszeiten von 1, 2 und 3 min bei einer statischen Gleich- und Impulsschallapplikation mit 0,2 W/cm² in der Handregion gleichmäßig gut vertragen werden. Durch das Wirkempfinden und die lokale Hauttemperaturänderung sind weder die Applikationszeiten noch Gleich- und Impulsschall bei gleicher Applikationszeit zu differenzieren. Hinsichtlich einer anzustrebenden Dosierungsstrategie werden die Applikationszeiten von 1, 2 und 3 min bei einem statisch applizierten Gleich- und Impulsschall in Regionen mit geringer Weichteildeckung des Knochens als kurze, mittlere und lange Zeit für praktikabel angesehen.

Summary

On an investigation model is demonstrated that the application times of 1, 2, and 3 min at a static homogeneous sound and impulse sound application with 0.2 W/cm² are equally well tolerated in the hand region. By the active sensation and the local change of the skin temperature neither the application times nor the homogeneous and impulse sound are to be differentiated at the same application time. Concerning a dosage strategy which is to be striven for the application times of 1, 2, and 3 min at a statically applied homogeneous and impulse sound in regions with insignificant soft-tissue cover of the bone are regarded for practicable as short, mean and long time.
