Entzündungs- und Immunmodulation bei Rheumatoid Arthritis unter einer mit optischer Strahlung kombinierten Moorbäderkur¹

Zusammenfassung

Unter einer mit optischer Strahlung kombinierten Moorbäderkur wurde eine Modulation immunologisch-entzündlicher Prozesse beobachtet. Auf bereits in der ersten Kurwoche einsetzende Aktivitätsdämpfungen mit Reaktionsminima besonders in der 3. Kurwoche folgte in der 4. Kurwoche ein Wiederanstieg der Werte. Die beobachtete Dynamik wird mit rhythmologischen Phasenabläufen und Reaktionsänderungen im Hypophysen-Nebennieren-System in Zusammenhang gebracht.

Summary

During a mud bath therapy combined with optic radiation a modulation of immunological and inflammatory processes was observed. After the decreases of activity beginning already in the first week of the cure with reaction minima particularly in the third week of the cure a new increase of the values followed in the fourth week of the cure. The dynamics observed is brought into connection with rhythmological phase courses and changes of the reaction in the pituitary-suprarenal system.
