Untersuchungsmodell zur Infrarotthermometrie der Hände bei lokaler und segmentaler Ultraschalltherapie, am Beispiel des Impulsschalls¹

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Modell zur Infrarotthermometrie der Hände bei einer Ultraschalltherapie vorgestellt. Am Beispiel einer lokalen Therapie mit 0,2 W/cm² Impulsschall an der Hand wird gezeigt, dass sich der Impulsschall gegenüber Plazebo in der Nachbeurteilung von 18 min signifikant unterscheidet. Erfolgt eine segmentale Therapie im Bereich der Halswirbelsäulenregion, so ist eine Differenzierung thermischer Wirkungen an der Hand nicht möglich. In der Nachbeurteilung lassen sich bestimmte Charakteristika der lokalen und segmentalen Therapie erkennen.

Summary

A model of the infrared thermometry of the hands is represented in an ultrasonic therapy. At the instance of a local therapy with 0.2 W/cm² of impulse sound at the hand is demonstrated that in the final judgment of 18 min the impulse sound significantly differs from placebo. If a segmental therapy is performed in the region of the cerebral vertebra, a differentiation of thermic effetcs at the hand is not possible. In the final judgment certain characteristics of the local and segmental therapy can be recognized.
