Zusammenfassung

Die Bereitstellung von Betten in Sanatorien der Tschechoslowakei zur Frührehabilitation nach Myokardinfarkt und die Anwendung einheitlicher Behandlungsprinzipien bringt eine Verkürzung des Intervalles zwischen dem Ende des Krankenhausaufenthaltes und dem Antritt der Kur, bewirkt eine objektive und subjektive Besserung, ermöglicht eine frühzeitigere Wiederaufnahme der Arbeit und schafft Voraussetzungen für eine weitere Rehabilitation.

Summary

The placing at disposal of beds in sanitariums of Czechoslovakia for early rehabilitation after myocardial infarction and the application of unique principles of treatment brings a shortening of the interval between the end of the hospitalisation and the beginning of the cure, evokes an objective and subjective improvement, renders possible an earlier resumption of work and makes prerequisites for further rehabilitation.
