Zur Physiotherapie beim Gelenkersatz mit biokeramischen Implantaten

Zusammenfassung

in der vorliegenden Arbeit wird über unsere Erfahrungen mit biokeramischen Implantaten berichtet. Die seit mehreren Jahren in der klinischen Anwendung befindlichen Implantate haben sich bewährt. Infolge der ausgezeichneten Biokompatibilität der Oxidkeramik wurden in keinem Falle Komplikationen von selten des Werkstoffes beobachtet. Bewährt hat sich auch ein weitgehend standardisiertes Übungsprogramm. Voraussetzung für die komplexe Rehabilitation der operierten Patienten ist eine lückenlose Dispensairekontrolle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Klinik und den ambulant tätigen Kollegen. Der von Klbditzsch geforderte fließende Behandlungsübergang von Klinik zu Ambulanz muß dabei mit Nachdruck unterstrichen werden.

Summary

In the present paper is reported on our experience with bioceramic implants. The implants which have been clinically “used since several years stood the test. In consequence of the excellent biocompatibility of the oxide ceramics in no case complications on the side of the material were observed. A widely standardized exercise programme also stood the test. Prerequisite for the complex rehabilitation of the patients operated on is a continuous dispensary control and an interdisciplinary cooperation between the clinic and the colleagues working in the outpatient department. The fluent transition in treatment from clinic to outpatient department demanded by Kleditzsch must be emphasized.
