Abstract

Acute peptic ulceration of the stomach and duodenum is rare in children. The surgical treatment in the event of complications should be kept as simple as possible and there is usually no ulcer diathesis present. The significance of the pneumoperitoneum without visceral rupture is stressed. The gastrographin meal should be considered if ulcer perforation is suspected. Eck

Zusammenfassung

Akute Magen-Duodenal-Ulzera im Kindesalter sind selten. Die chirurgische Behandlung bei Auftreten von Komplikationen soll möglichst einfach gehalten werden, da meist keine Ulkusdiathese vorhanden ist. Besonderer Nachdruck wurde auf das Pneumoperitoneum ,,ohne Organruptur" gelegt. Eine Gastrografin-Darstellung des Gastrointestinaltraktes kommt in Betracht, wenn Zweifel am Vorliegen einer Ulkusperforation bestehen.
