Zusammenfassung
Bei zwei Patienten mit jeweils 11 cm großen Pankreaspseudozysten wurde die sonographisch-endoskopisch gesteuerte pankreatikogastrale Drainage angewandt. Die Zysten entleerten sich innerhalb von 12 bzw. 24 Stunden in den Magen. Bei beiden Patienten kam es nach Punktion zu Leukozytose und Fieber, das nach antibiotischer Therapie rasch abklang. Weitere Komplikationen und Zystenrezidive traten nicht auf.
Abstract
Pancreatico-gastric drainage, guided by ultrasound and endoscopy, of pancreatic pseudocysts was performed in two patients. The cysts emptied into the stomach within 12 and 24 hours, respectively. After the drainage both patients developed leucocytosis and fever, which quickly subsided after antibiotic treatment. There were no further complications or recurrences.
