Neurofibromatose und Entwicklung eines Neurofibrosarkoms unter dem klinischen Bild einer Baker-Zyste

Zusammenfassung

Bei einer 39jährigen Patientin mit familiärer Neurofibromatose entwickelte sich ein Sarkom, das klinisch und sonographisch als Baker-Zyste in der Kniekehle in Erscheinung trat. Nach operativer Entfernung des Tumors und lokaler Nachbestrahlung kam es zu multiplen Fernmetastasen, an deren Folgen die Patientin starb. Die Beobachtung einer Baker-Zyste bei Patienten mit Neurofibromatose muß an die Möglichkeit einer malignen Entartung denken lassen und zu sofortiger Operation führen.

Abstract

A 39-year-old female patient with familiary neurofibromatosis developed a sarcoma in the hollow of the knee that appeared clinically and sonographically as a Baker cyst. Following an operation to remove the tumour and subsequent local radiation treatment multiple metastases appeared distant to the primary tumour from which the patient died. On the observation of a Baker cyst in a patient with neurofibromatosis the possibility of malignant degeneration must be kept in mind and an operation carried out immediately.
