Kutanes Kaposi-Sarkom bei chronischer lymphatischer Leukämie

Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 67jährigen männlichen Patienten fand sich ein klassisches Kaposi-Sarkom in typischer kutaner Lokalisation, das sporadisch vorwiegend bei älteren Männern auftritt. Bei den routinemäßigen Laboratoriumsuntersuchungen zeigte sich eine ausgeprägte Leukozytose, die mit Hilfe einer Knochenmarksbiopsie und immunzytologischer Methoden auf eine bisher nicht entdeckte chronische lymphatische Leukämie vom B-Zelltyp zurückgeführt werden konnte.

Abstract

A classical Kaposi sarcoma, a tumor appearing sporadically mainly in elderly males, occurred in its typical cutaneous location in a male aged 67 years. Routine laboratory investigations revealed a marked leucocytosis which, with the aid of a bone-marrow biopsy and immunocytological methods, could be attributed to a hitherto undetected chronic lymphatic B-cell leukaemia.
