Colonic Stenosis After Hemolytic-Uremic Syndrome

Abstract

Colonic necrosis and intestinal perforation are the usual surgical complications of hemolytic syndrome. We present a case of right transverse colon stricture following hemolytic-uremic syndrome.

Kolonnekrose und intestinale Perforation sind nicht seltene Komplikationen beim hämolytisch-urämischen Syndrom. Selten sind hingegen Stenosen. Es wird ein Fall einer Stenose des rechten Colon transversum vorgestellt, die im Rahmen eines hämolytischurämischen Syndromes aufgetreten ist.
