Abstract

A method of quantitative determination of chelidonium-alkaloids, chehdom-ne, chelerythrine and sanguinarine by direct remission measuring of TLC-plates is described below.

The method is used to determine the content of chelidonium-alkaloids in herba chelidonii, radix chelidonii and tinctures of chelidonium majus.
