Schizophrenie - 1x täglich für eine bessere Compliance

Das Absetzen der Antipsychotika ist einer der härtesten Risikofaktoren für einen Rückfall [4]. Gleichzeitig brechen immer noch 40 bis 70% der Patienten mit Schizophrenie ihre Behandlung ganz oder teilweise ab, wobei Nebenwirkungen oder eine unzureichende Wirkung in nur etwa 10% der Fälle die Ursache dafür sind [2].

Eine kontinuierliche medikamentöse Therapie ist deshalb so wichtig, da sie die beste Rückfallprophylaxe darstellt und jeder Rückfall eine Verschlechterung der Lebenssituation aber auch der Prognose bedeutet. Eine einfache Dosierung durch eine tägliche Einmalgabe der Medikation könnte die Compliance fördern.
