Studies towards the Synthesis of Coprinolone, Δ⁶-Coprinolone, and Radulone A via an Anionic Electrocyclization Cascade

Abstract

Studies towards the synthesis of coprinolone, Δ⁶-coprinolone, and radulone A, resulting in the synthesis of an advanced intermediate with the tricyclic protoilludane carbon skeleton, are described.
