Abstract

Different diseases may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. A fistula infrequently manifest with severe intestinal bleeding, when excluding those directly involving vascular structures. We described a case of upper digestive bleeding by a spontaneous renal-duodenal fistula in the patient with kidney cancer. Bleeding was successfully stopped by transarterial embolization.
