We report a case of urinary bladder pheochromocytoma in a normotensive 45-year-old
female with lower urinary tract symptoms who presented with headache and palpitations
after voiding. A bladder tumor was found on radiological imaging and cystoscopy. A
pheochromocytoma was suspected by clinical presentation and cystoscopy and confirmed
by histopathology examination following the removal of the mass. The clinical symptoms,
diagnosis, and treatment of bladder pheochromocytomas are reviewed.
