Einführung

Das Unterdrucklungenödem (Negative Pressure Pulmonary Edema, NPPE) entsteht bei jungen Patienten nach forcierter Inspiration gegen einen geschlossenen Atemweg. Eine ausführliche Beschreibung aus radiologischer Sicht findet sich bei einer Recherche in der neueren Literatur bisher nicht.
