Allogene Knochenmarktransplantation

Die US-amerikanische Food and Drug Administration (FDA) erließ eine Warnung vor Immuncheckpoint-Inhibitoren, wenn sie als Bridging-Therapie vor einer allogenen Knochenmarktransplantation eingesetzt werden. Grund waren Hinweise auf häufigere immunassoziierte Komplikationen nach der Übertragung. Eine aktuelle retrospektive Studie mit 14 transplantierten Patienten bestätigte diese Befürchtung nicht.
