Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

im Folgenden dürfen wir auf die fehlerhafte Bewertung der Therapie mit E. coli Nissle zur Remissionserhaltung in der im November letzten Jahres publizierten DGVS-Leitlinie zu Colitis ulcerosa aufmerksam machen. Dies betrifft zum einen die Indikationsstellung, insbesondere aber die Bewertung des Evidenz- und Empfehlungsgrades.
