Die Kanülierung der Papille: Standards und offene Fragen

Immer wieder gibt es Fragen, mit welchen Instrumenten die Erstsondierung der Papille erfolgen soll. Mit einem Katheter? Mit einem Papillotom? Mit zweilumigen oder dreilumigen Instrumenten? Zuerst vorsichtige Kontrastmitteldarstellung oder zuerst Sondierung mit dem Führungsdraht?
