The effectiveness and safety of a newly developed electrocautery-enhanced delivery
system for a lumen-apposing metal stent (EC-LAMS) was assessed in this pilot study
for one-step endoscopic ultrasound-guided gallbladder drain„age or choledochoduodenostomy.
It remains to be seen how this novel system compares with the already available alternative
EC-LAMS system.
