Geir Hoff et al. The effect of train-the-colonoscopy-trainer course on colonoscopy quality indicators
In this observational study, colonoscopy quality indicators (pain, cecal intubation, and polyp detection) were compared between centers participating and not participating in a train-the-colonoscopy-trainer (TCT) course. Participation in the TCT course improved polyp detection rates and reduced pain in women, and this effect was maintained during a 5-year follow-up period.
