Zusammenfassung

Es werden 2 jugendliche Patientinnen mit seltenen Verlaufsformen eines posttraumatischen, schmerzhaften Kompartmentsyndroms an der Hand vorgestellt. Beim ersten Fall handelt es sich um eine nicht diagnostizierte angeborene Muskelhyperplasie des Thenars und M. interosseus dorsalis I und ein chronisch intermittierendes, belastungsabhängiges Schmerzbild, das vor dem Trauma nicht aufgetreten war und in erster Linie an ein Kompartmentsyndrom denken lässt. Im zweiten Fall kam es zu einer posttraumatischen Kompression des M. interosseus palmaris II durch Hämatombildung im Interdigitalraum III.

Abstract

The authors present two young patients with atypical development of painful post-traumatic hand muscle compartment syndrome. The first patient showed congenital hyperplasia of the thenar and first dorsal interosseous muscle and developed chronic exertional pain that only occurred after trauma and is indicative of compartment syndrome. The second patient developed compression of the second palmar interosseous muscle due to post-traumatic haematoma in the third interdigital space.
