Das TINU-Syndrom ist eine vermutlich häufig nicht entdeckte Erkrankung, bei der eine tubulointerstitielle Nephritis (TIN) und eine meist beidseitige anteriore Uveitis zusammentreffen. Seit Erstbeschreibung von Dobrin et al. [1] im Jahr 1975 wurden bis zum März 2020 592 Fälle mit TINU-Syndrom veröffentlicht [2].
