Linda Y. Zhang et al. Gastric per-oral endoscopic myotomy (G-POEM) for the treatment
of gastric sleeve stenosis: a feasibility and safety study
This study reports the results of a modified peroral endoscopic myotomy procedure
to treat gastric sleeve stenosis in 13 patients. After a median of 6 months, clinical
success was achieved in 10 patients (77 %) with significant improvement in the Gastroparesis
Cardinal Symptom Index score. This endoscopic approach could be a good option before
considering surgical revision.
