The feasibility of peroral cholecystoscopy using a multibending ultraslim endoscope
through a lumen-apposing metal stent previously placed during EUS-guided gallbladder
drainage was assessed. Among the 14 patients included, 15 of 17 cholecystoscopies
(88.2 %) were technically successful. The approach can also allow interventions such
as gallstone extraction.
