Der Hase im Pfeffer ^[1] – Gewürze aus medizinischer Sicht

Erweitertes Vortragsmanuskript anlässlich der 50. Jahrestagung der Gesellschaft für Phytotherapie am 25. Juni 2021 in Bonn.

¹ Die Redewendung soll schon im 13. Jahrhundert üblich gewesen sein. Sie bezieht sich wohl auf den „Hasenpfeffer“, eine pfefferhaltige Soße mit so geringen Hasenanteilen, dass man sie suchen musste [1]
