Strukturierte Hilfsmittel-versorgung – MPT-Modell

Rollatoren, Greifhilfen, Kommunikationshilfen, Badewannenlifte etc. – Hilfsmittel ermöglichen es Menschen, wieder am Alltag teilzuhaben bzw. die Teilhabe erheblich zu verbessern. Aber nicht immer werden Hilfsmittel von Klient*innen gut angenommen. Dabei gibt es Möglichkeiten, die Auswahl von Hilfsmitteln passgenau und effektiv zu gestalten.
