Verschlusssysteme für großlumige Gefäßzugänge – Schritt für Schritt
Die Fortschritte der interventionellen Kardiologie und Angiologie führen zu einer wachsenden Zahl an Prozeduren, die einen großlumigen Gefäßzugang (≥ 9 French [Fr]) benötigen. Der postprozedurale Gefäßverschluss ist dabei von erheblicher Bedeutung, da Zugangskomplikationen mit einem relevanten Anstieg der Mortalität und Morbidität verbunden sind [1]. In diesem Beitrag werden verschiedene Gefäßverschlusssysteme vorgestellt und deren Umgang beschrieben.
