Therapeutisches Schreiben in Forschung und Praxis

Der Beitrag soll ein Gefühl dafür vermitteln, was therapeutisches Schreiben vermag und wie es in der Praxis eingesetzt wird. Nach einer kurzen Definition und Überlegungen dazu, wer vom Schreiben profitiert, erfolgt eine Unterteilung der Wirkungen in verschiedene Faktoren, wobei Studien aufgeführt und mit Falltexten und Schreibanleitung dargestellt werden. Zudem finden sich Impulse für Einzelund Gruppensitzungen.
