Definition

Lebensgefährliche Erkrankung infolge einer Einblutung in den subarachnoidalen Liquorraum aus hirnversorgenden Gefäßen, am häufigsten aus einem sackförmigen Aneurysma. Weitere Ursachen: venöse Blutung (perimesenzephale/präpontine SAB), Trauma, intrazerebrale Blutung mit Anschluss an den Subarachnoidalraum, arterio-venöse Malformation, zerebrale Sinus- oder Venenthrombose, Koagulopathie, intrakranielle arterielle Dissektion, zerebrale Amyloidangiopathie, zerebrales Vasokonstriktionssyndrom, Kokain.
