OF2 # mit sekundärer Sinterung – konservative Therapie
OF2 # with Secondary Sintering – Conservative TherapyZusammenfassung
Abstract
Thoracolumbar OF 2 fractures affect one endplate without or with only minor involvement of the posterior wall. They can be treated successfully with both surgical and non-surgical treatment. The OF-score can aid in term of therapeutic decision making. Progressive sintering is common especially in patients with a T-score <–3. However, sintering alone without simultaneous clinical deterioration does not indicate surgical treatment.
