Nierenarterienstenosen: vaskuläre Komplikationen bei Transplantatnieren

Abstract

Die Nierentransplantation ist ein etabliertes Operationsverfahren zur Therapie der terminalen Niereninsuffizienz. Postoperative vaskuläre Komplikationen, wie venöse und arterielle Transplantatgefäßthrombosen und Transplantatnierenarterienstenosen, können den Transplantationserfolg kompromittieren. Akute vaskuläre Komplikationen werden in der Regel chirurgisch, sich in der chronischen Phase entwickelnde arterielle Stenosen meist endovaskulär saniert.
