Abgrenzung und Stressabbau in der therapeutischen Praxis

Ergo- und Physiotherapeut*innen sowie medizinisches Fachpersonal sind täglich mit vielen Menschen im Kontakt. Dazu gehören auch Patient*innen und Mitarbeitende, die sie als herausfordernd oder stressig empfinden. Wie Sie damit umgehen, liegt aber nicht nur am Verhalten der anderen Person. Um gelassen auf anstrengende Situationen reagieren zu können, brauchen Sie eine bewusste Stressregulation. Im Folgenden werden Übungen für therapeutisches Fachpersonal vorgestellt, die Ihnen dabei helfen.
