OP-Logistik – keep it simple

Optimale logistische Prozesse sind für einen reibungslosen Versorgungsablauf in unserem OP elementar [1]. Die Herausforderung besteht darin zu überprüfen, inwieweit automatisierte Prozesse zur Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung möglich sind: Ein einfacher und stabiler Materialanforderungsprozess sollte unser Ziel sein. Doch wie lassen sich vorhandene Schwachstellen eliminieren und Prozesse der Materiallogistik im OP optimieren?

Abstract

Optimal logistical processes are essential for a smooth supply process in our OR [1]. The challenge is to examine the extent to which automated processes are possible to ensure the supply of materials: A simple and stable material request process should be our goal. But how can existing weak points be eliminated and material logistics processes in the OR be optimized?
