Videolaryngoskopie – Schritt für Schritt
Die endotracheale Intubation ist bei gegebener strenger Notfallindikation der Goldstandard der Atemwegssicherung. Bei kritisch kranken Patient*innen im Bereich der Präklinik und Notaufnahme ist die Intubation oft erschwert. Die Videolaryngoskopie erhöht die Wahrscheinlichkeit, im ersten Anlauf erfolgreich zu intubieren (First Pass Success/FPS), auch für weniger erfahrene Anwender*innen und verkürzt die Dauer der Atemwegssicherung [1] [2].
