Zielgerichtete Therapieansätze und Therapien mit Checkpoint-Inhibitoren haben die Therapie des NSCLC im metastasierten Stadium signifikant verbessert. Diese Therapeutika kommen zunehmend auch im lokalisierten Stadium zur Anwendung. Hier soll ein Überblick über die verschiedenen Optionen im Rahmen des multimodalen Therapiekonzeptes gegeben werden.
