Dentales Trauma und Kieferorthopädie – individualisierte Planung der Torqueübertragung zur Einstellung von verlagerten Frontzähnen

Das dentale Trauma stellt weltweit eine der häufigsten Verletzungen dar, wobei die Unfallzahlen mit Zahnverletzungen weiter ansteigen. Während in der Prävention von dentalen Frontzahntraumata die Kieferorthopädie schon eine klare evidenzbasierte und leitlinienkonforme Rolle spielt, wird sie nach bereits stattgefundenen Zahnunfällen als Therapieoption noch häufig unterschätzt.
