Einleitung
Wir berichten über einen Patienten, bei dem ein Lokalrezidiv einer initial singulären vertebralen bzw. paravertebralen Nierenzellkarzinommetastase seitens der Neurochirurgie aufgrund von postoperativen Vernarbungen als inoperabel definiert wurde.
