The use of a surgically introduced artificial embolus in the treatment of a large infraclinoid aneurysm is reported. The indications for its use, the choice of bead size and the method of its introduction are describedNo other treatment was necessary to produce a successful result.

Es wird über den Nutzen eines chirurgisch eingeführten künstlichen Embolus zur Behandlung eines großen infraclinoiden Aneurysmas berichtet.
