Summary
Two case reports are presented in which a barium enema was carried out immediately following rectal biopsy. In both cases, perforation occurred. On the basis of these cases, the various possibilities of perforation are listed. The question of the time factor when both diagnostic procedures are to be carried out is discussed.
Zusammenfassung
Berichtet wird über zwei Fälle, bei denen im Anschluß an eine Rektoskopie mit Biopsie ein Kontrasteinlauf durchgeführt wurde. Als Komplikation kam es zu Rektumperforationen. An Hand der vorliegenden Fälle werden die verschiedenen Perforationsmöglichkeiten erläutert. Das zeitliche Aufeinandertreffen beider diagnostischer Verfahren wird besprochen.
